Job Description:
  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

Job Profile Digital Campaigns Manager (Real Estate)

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:
  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics. Similarly keep a regular tap on FB ads reporting, daily ads performance, and budget.
  • Manage the creation of large keyword lists
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates
  • Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms
  • Ensure re-marketing is reaching out to all prospects and is intertwined with the corporate website
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search
  • Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts
  • Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, and maintain¬† a healthy ROI
  • Ensure a healthy inflow of good quality leads
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Keep pace with search engine/PPC industry/latest trends and developments in the paid digital marketing space
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of improvement
  • Communication to team and management on campaign development, performance, and results.
  • Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet goals.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools

Experience 1 year to 4 years in Tele Calling
