The property is very good but not maintained even after giving possession of flats since last six months. Even though collection of monthly maintenance, they are switched off their lights at 10 PM. They have utilize very poor plumbing materials as frequently water leakage problems in all the ducts and bathrooms. They have also not maintain their promises after registration of the documents and after registration they became very unprofessional. The building has no permanent security staff and they frequently change staff without any valid reason with sole intention to save salary. They are putting off your lights from the ground floor even after specific instructions given to them. They are totally unprofessional and I will not recommend any one for this project.
