You need to think twice if you are planning to buy cheap home or plot from Om Divine World in Kharar, Mohali due to below reasons 1. colony is not approved by GAMADA and MC. 2. You will not get your map approved from . 3. No Govt bank and low interest bank like HDFC give House loan in this colony. you will get high rate interest loan from ICICI and Aditya Mahindra. 4. after sales services are very poor. They will call you ONLY to pay balance amount and never care about completion or providing possession. 5. No proper swear and water services. 6. no proper park and amusement. 7. very bad behavior of staff. 8. No help or guidance after PLOT/FLAT Sale. 9. Road condition is not good. 10. colony has gate but no boundary wall. no safety. 11. staff make fake promise. Note : - all the 5 start reviews are from there staff you can meet them in there back end office or front office.
