Adani Realty has spiced up the proceedings by entering Pune’s real estate market. It celebrated its decision by launching a residential project, Adani Atelier Greens, at Koregaon Park. The company intends to develop 256 units in the project, the starting price of which is 1.5 crore per unit.

CEO of Adani Realty, Ajay Munot, opined that Indian real estate is undergoing rapid transformation. Indian buyers are now far more travelled and demand global standards. He further added that the company has launched many projects across segments in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai and Gujarat and has put its learning to good use in the recent project (Atelier Greens) which matches global standards for end buyers as well as the investor community.
