Migsun Group is going to invest nearly Rs 1,000 crore over the next two years to develop an affordable housing project at Ghaziabad. Affordable housing has gained impetus due to its infrastructure status and subsidy offered by the government of India. The company will build 3,000 housing units under the central government’s scheme Affordable Housing supported by the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.

It would be an 11-acre project ‘Migsun Atharva‘ at Rajnagar Extension which will feature 3,000 units, of which 800 units will be developed for economically weaker section (EWS). The units allotted to EWS will cost approximately Rs 4.5 lakh, while the normal flats will be sold at about Rs 10-12 lakh. Migsun, formerly recognized as Mahaluxmi group, has built about 10 residential and commercial projects in Ghaziabad.

Currently, the group is developing four housing projects, with about 4,000 flats, at Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh.

Apart from the good locality, easy access to services like hospitals, shopping malls, airport and easy connectivity are some of the major things that investors look for in Ghaziabad. The city linked to the national capital is bound to see significant appreciation in the future. This makes Ghaziabad a preferred destination for all.
